Hello, my name is Lorrie Jean Glover. I am a highly motivated person. I have seven years of experience as a Realtor®, ten years of military experience in the U.S. Army—and seven years as a Surgical Technologist. I also have five years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and three years as a Residential Assistant Manager/Leasing Consultant. I am a 12-year owner and operator of a business in Fort Bragg. One of the things I have realized in raising my two children here on the Mendocino Coast is that I love this community. I have always enjoyed helping people and would be honored to help you. I will design the perfect marketing strategy for Sellers to meet your financial and schedule goals. I will then implement the plan to sell your home successfully. Once the home is in contract, my extended support associates and I will work hard to keep the Escrow on track and running smoothly. After Escrow closes, I will be there for any further questions or assistance you may have.
For Buyers, we will meet and discuss your vision of the perfect dream home for you that meets your budget. Once we know what you are looking for, we discuss the ‘where’ aspect of the search. Once we are all in agreement on Features, Price, and Location, the hunt begins! I will guide you through the possibilities until we find the perfect home. Once in Escrow, I will fight for you to ensure the Escrow goes as smoothly and cost-effectively as practical until I hand you the keys to your new dream home.
